Advice doesn’t just provide advice when it comes to ongoing issues of a financial and fiscal nature. We also help our clients with decisions and actions that have long-term consequences.

The abolition of inheritance and gift tax facilitated generation changes from a purely tax-related perspective. Many issues still have to be addressed, however, such as when, to what extent and for what purpose children should be given access to their parents’ money?

Support, advice and help with implementation

Over the years, we have helped a number of families discuss these sorts of issues. We have also helped draw up prenuptial agreements, deeds of gift, and wills, as well as helping draw up estate inventories when family members have died. In cases where the client has deceased, we have produced a financial report for the surviving partner.
